During my last innovation sprint in my team at American Express, I decided to take on a project that brought together as many of the technologies and tools that I've learned over the course of the placement.
Inspired by the awkward process of sending out bi-weekly surveys to the engineers in the team, and having our scrummaster manually inputting the results into an excel spreadsheet. I decided to make a tool to make sprint retrospectives much more fluid and interactive.
Sprint Performance At A Glance
Easily spot areas where the team believes they aren't performing as well, creating opportunity for discussion and feedback. See important metrics such as sprint velocity, story carry-over and test coverage.
Metrics Calculated Using Real-Time Rally Data
Using the Rally REST and Lookback APIs, specific data can be extracted to any sprint metrics imaginable, such as planned velocity/actual velocity, story carry-over and test coverage. Accurate up to the exact moment the site is loaded.
